Collection: Botanical

Botanical is a new collection of my original art. During the summer of 2022, I started to paint en Plein air my garden. Some of the work in this collection is the en Plein air images and some are painting developed from drawings of my garden. The summer of 21/22 was a La Nina year in SE Queensland. This meant that we had a lot of rain. The upside was cooler temperatures, full rain tanks and an abundance of lush growth in the garden. Plants seemed to grow overnight and I have loved the life and rain.
