Horses
I'm now offering portraits of the equine in your life. I live in an area of horse lovers and painting horses seems like the obvious next step. Prices are the same as those for dogs.
Commission
If you have never commissioned an artist before don't be afraid. It's a simple process if lots of good communication is involved. I love dogs and love painting these portraits. I will talk you through the process and you will get a beautiful image for your home or office.
How Much?
Portraits start at $125 for an A3 pencil drawing. Paintings are priced according to size. A3 : 400x300mm , A2 600x400mm, A1 800x600mm, and AO 1200x800mm.
How does it work?
If you live in Brisbane or reasonable driving distance I will come and take photos of your special canine. If you don't live close then I will guide you to take a series of photos of your dog and then you send them to me.Then I will make a series of drawings in pencil on paper.
You choose your favourite drawing.I will include the drawing with your painting in the full price. You choose either full dog or just headshot. You choose background colour to suit your decor or dog.
Remembering
I can also paint a portrait of a beloved pet who has passed. Choose your favourite image of your pet and I will either draw or paint them as a beautiful and timeless momento of your special friend.
Details
Paintings are on 3mm ply, unframed, acrylic paint, sealed with light impasto gel for satin to gloss finish.
Drawings are completed in graphite pencil on A3 size ( 400x300mm) 110gsm drawing paper
Price includes either delivery or shipping.Overseas shipping will incur extra charge. Overseas orders can be completed on unstretched canvas for ease of shipping if you prefer.
